The opportunity
A friendly SEN school in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a classroom support assistant for pupils with complex learning, communication and sensory needs.
What you will do
Support accessible lessons, communication routines and sensory activities. Follow individual support plans and agreed regulation strategies. Encourage participation while respecting each pupil’s pace and choices. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and care staff.
What you will bring
Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs. A calm, reliable approach and confident safeguarding awareness. QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
