2. Products and prices
- SEN Interview Success Pack — £4.99: a 103-page digital guide supplied electronically for personal use.
- Professional SEN CV Rewrite — £9.99: a personalised rewrite of the CV and information you provide, normally supplied by email in Word and PDF within one to three working days after Senovo has everything needed to begin.
The total price charged is shown at checkout before payment. Senovo does not deduct product fees from wages.
3. Ordering
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Senovo sends or makes available the product or confirms that work on the personalised service has begun. You must provide a working email address and, for a CV rewrite, a readable and accurate current CV plus any information reasonably requested.
4. Digital Interview Success Pack
Before obtaining immediate access you must expressly agree to supply beginning during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right is lost once the download or access begins. If you do not give that consent, contact Senovo before purchase to arrange delivery after the cancellation period.
If the file has not been supplied or accessed, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase by email. Once immediate supply has begun with the required consent and acknowledgement, the change-of-mind cancellation right ends. This does not affect remedies where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care.
5. Personalised CV Rewrite
You may cancel this additional service at any time without a cancellation penalty by giving written notice to hello@senovo.uk. The maximum notice required is five working days. This does not reduce any stronger statutory cancellation right.
If you ask Senovo to start during the 14-day consumer cancellation period and then cancel before completion, Senovo may charge a reasonable proportion for work completed up to cancellation. If the rewrite is fully completed during that period following your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right ends. If work has not started, Senovo will refund the payment.
You are responsible for checking that the final CV is factually accurate before using it. Senovo will correct an error it introduced if you report it promptly, but will not add qualifications, experience or outcomes that cannot be supported.
6. Quality, revisions and refunds
Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If Senovo fails to meet those standards, you may be entitled to repeat performance, repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
No product guarantees an interview, job offer, placement, pay level or recruitment outcome. A difference in writing preference is not by itself a defect where the product matches its description and has been supplied with reasonable care and skill.
7. Personal-use licence
The Interview Success Pack is licensed to the purchaser for personal use. It must not be copied for others, resold, uploaded publicly or used to create a competing product. You may edit and use your rewritten CV for your own applications without restriction.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights. Senovo is not liable for a job or interview outcome, or for inaccuracies in information supplied by the customer. For foreseeable loss caused by breach, Senovo’s liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
9. Delivery problems and complaints
If access does not arrive or a file cannot be opened, email hello@senovo.uk with the order email address. Senovo will investigate and, where appropriate, resend, repair, replace or refund the product.
10. Privacy and law
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Notice. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer right to use another court available under applicable law.
