Candidate information
Candidate registrations may include identity and contact details, work history, preferred role and location, right-to-work information, a CV and recruitment communications. Senovo uses this to assess suitability, discuss opportunities, complete safeguarding and compliance checks and provide requested career support.
School and provision enquiries
Senovo uses the contact and vacancy information supplied by schools, trusts, PRUs, alternative provisions and other education settings to respond to staffing requirements and manage the recruitment relationship.
Who information may be shared with
Relevant candidate information may be shared with prospective education employers where there is a legitimate recruitment reason. Information may also be processed by secure technology providers used to operate Senovo’s recruitment, communications, payments and website services. Senovo does not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Information is retained only while it remains necessary for recruitment, legal, safeguarding or service-delivery purposes. Access is restricted and recruitment decisions remain human-led.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your information, or ask for a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
