The opportunity
A welcoming SEN school in Redbridge is seeking a learning support assistant to help pupils with complex learning, communication and sensory needs enjoy purposeful, well-supported school days.
What you will do
Support accessible lessons, sensory activities and communication routines. Follow individual support plans and agreed regulation strategies. Encourage participation, choice and growing independence. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and care staff.
What you will bring
Relevant complex-needs, PMLD, care or classroom experience. A calm, attentive approach and strong teamwork. QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
