What you will do
Use objects of reference, intensive interaction and agreed communication systems. Support sensory learning, positioning and individual programmes. Recognise and record small but meaningful responses. Work closely with teachers, therapists and care colleagues.
What you will bring
Relevant PMLD, complex-needs or care experience. A patient, attentive and respectful approach. Reliable teamwork and safeguarding practice. QTS is not required for this teaching-assistant role. Contract: Full-time temporary Pay: £110–£150 per day PAYE Right-to-work, references and enhanced child-workforce DBS checks
