The role
- Assist trained staff during hydrotherapy and movement-based sessions.
- Support safe transfers, positioning and mobility routines in line with agreed plans.
- Help pupils participate comfortably through attentive, person-centred support.
- Provide respectful personal care where required.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and care colleagues and record relevant observations.
What you will bring
- Relevant experience in PMLD, complex-needs, health, care or specialist education.
- Confidence following moving-and-handling and health-support procedures.
- A patient, dependable approach and strong professional boundaries.
- QTS is not required for this support role.
