Plan and deliver accessible art and design lessons, adapt tools and processes for different physical, sensory and communication needs, assess progress and maintain safe creative-workshop routines. Collaborate with SEN, support and therapy colleagues to build expression, confidence and independence. QTS is required for this teaching role, together with relevant SEND experience, secure art and design subject knowledge and strong safeguarding practice.
