What you will do Plan varied art lessons with accessible entry points and meaningful progression. Adapt tools, materials and instructions for different physical, sensory and communication needs. Create a calm studio culture that supports confidence, choice and safe experimentation. Celebrate individual achievement while maintaining clear routines and expectations. Work collaboratively with classroom support and therapy colleagues. What you will bring Qualified Teacher Status and strong practical Art knowledge. Experience differentiating creative work for SEND or inclusive groups. Good organisation, risk awareness and safeguarding practice. QTS is required for this teaching role.
