The opportunity
A supportive SEN school in Bexley is seeking a teaching assistant to strengthen literacy, communication and classroom confidence for pupils with additional needs.
What you will do
Deliver planned reading, vocabulary and communication activities. Use visual prompts, modelling and repetition to support understanding. Record progress and share practical observations with the teaching team. Encourage positive participation throughout the school day.
What you will bring
Experience supporting literacy, communication or pupils with SEND. Patient communication and reliable safeguarding practice. QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
