The role
- Provide consistent mentoring and classroom support for pupils with social, emotional and mental-health needs.
- Help pupils use agreed regulation strategies and return successfully to learning.
- Deliver planned individual or small-group activities focused on confidence and engagement.
- Share observations with teaching and pastoral colleagues to maintain consistent support.
About you
- Experience in SEMH education, mentoring, youth work, behaviour support or care is welcomed.
- You use calm, respectful and restorative approaches.
- You understand professional boundaries, safeguarding and reliable routines.
- QTS is not required for this support role. Pay: £100 - £135 per day PAYE. Contract: Full time. Location: Bromley
