The role

The role
- Deliver planned individual and small-group literacy interventions.
- Reinforce phonics, reading, spelling and written-language strategies.
- Adapt resources and record progress against agreed targets.
- Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to maintain consistent support.
About you
- Experience supporting pupils with dyslexia or literacy difficulties is welcomed.
- Relevant intervention, phonics or specialist-support training would be advantageous.
- You are patient, organised and able to build positive learning relationships.
- QTS is not required for this support role. Pay: £100 - £135 per day PAYE. Contract: Full time. Location: Richmond upon Thames
