The role supports secondary-aged pupils with engagement, behaviour, routines and emotional regulation, using calm and consistent approaches. Relevant secondary school, youth, mentoring, SEMH or behaviour-support experience is desirable. Applicants should have strong communication, professional boundaries and safeguarding awareness. QTS is not required for this support role. Successful applicants will require appropriate right-to-work and safeguarding checks.
