Senovo is recruiting a SEND Transition Support Mentor for candidate-attraction opportunities across Hackney. The role helps pupils prepare for changes between classes, phases or settings, develop independence and regulation strategies, and engage with consistent transition plans. Relevant school, youth, mentoring or SEND experience is expected. QTS is not required for this support role. Successful applicants will require appropriate right-to-work, reference and safeguarding checks.
