The opportunity
A specialist SEN setting in Hounslow is seeking a resilient learning mentor to help pupils with social, emotional and mental-health needs re-engage with education.
What you will do
Build consistent professional relationships with identified pupils. Support emotional regulation and positive classroom routines. Use agreed de-escalation approaches and restorative conversations. Track engagement and share concise updates with the wider team.
What you will bring
Experience supporting SEMH, behaviour or vulnerable young people. Calm authority, empathy and dependable professional boundaries. QTS is not required for this school-support role.
