What you will do
- Provide individual and small-group pastoral support during the school day.
- Help pupils identify triggers, use regulation strategies and rebuild positive routines.
- Support lesson engagement, transitions and restorative conversations.
- Share observations with teaching and pastoral colleagues and follow agreed plans.
About you
- Experience supporting young people with social, emotional or mental health needs.
- Strong professional boundaries, resilience and a relationship-led approach.
- QTS is not required for this support role. Pay: £105–£142 per day PAYE. Contract: Full time. Location: Waltham Forest
