The opportunity
A specialist school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an adaptable English teacher who can make reading, writing and communication accessible to pupils with a range of additional needs.
What you will do
Plan and teach engaging English lessons matched to individual starting points. Use accessible texts, visual resources and practical approaches. Track progress and contribute to personalised learning plans. Work collaboratively with support and therapy teams.
What you will bring
QTS or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification. Strong English subject knowledge and confident differentiation. SEN experience is preferred, with sound safeguarding practice.
