The role
- Support pupils with autism, SEMH needs and EHCP outcomes.
- Assist in lessons and deliver focused individual or small-group support.
- Help pupils regulate, remain engaged and make progress.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider support team.
About you
- School-based SEN experience or strong transferable support experience.
- A calm, proactive and dependable approach.
- Confidence supporting secondary-aged pupils.
- QTS is not required for this support role. Pay: £90–£110 per day PAYE. Full-time opportunity. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to complete Senovo’s compliance process, including references and an enhanced child-workforce DBS check.
