Behaviour Mentor – Hackney Senovo is building a shortlist for current and upcoming contract SEN assignments in Hackney from now through December 2026. This is a candidate-attraction campaign covering suitable local opportunities, not one named school vacancy. Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday during school hours Pay: £100–£125 per day PAYE Location: Hackney Contract: Contract, school-based and on-site The work may involve SEMH, behaviour and emotional-regulation needs. Key responsibilities include: build consistent relationships use calm de-escalation and restorative approaches support attendance, reintegration and learning Experience: School, alternative provision, youth work or behaviour-support experience is preferred. Qualifications: A mentoring, youth work or behaviour qualification is desirable; QTS is not required. You must be able to work in the UK and provide suitable references. Successful applicants need an enhanced child-workforce DBS on the Update Service or must be willing to complete a new application. All roles are subject to safeguarding and compliance checks.
