The role

- Reinforce communication targets through structured activities and everyday routines.
- Prepare visual resources and adapt instructions to improve understanding.
- Encourage interaction, independence and successful peer engagement.
- Work with teachers and therapy colleagues and share clear observations of progress.
What you will bring
- Relevant SEN, classroom or communication-support experience.
- Clear communication, patience and a consistent approach.
- Confidence using visual supports or communication strategies.
- QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
