The opportunity
A friendly SEN school in Hillingdon is looking for a therapy assistant to help pupils develop functional communication through programmes designed by qualified speech and language therapists.
What you will do
Deliver agreed communication activities to individuals and small groups. Prepare visual resources and support consistent classroom strategies. Record responses and share observations with the therapy team. Promote communication across lessons and daily routines.
What you will bring
Relevant therapy-support, SEN, care or classroom experience. Clear communication, accurate record keeping and patience. QTS is not required for this therapy-support role.
