PMLD Support Assistant – Merton

PMLD Support Assistant – Merton Senovo is building a shortlist for current and upcoming contract SEN assignments in Merton from now through December 2026. This is a candidate-attraction campaign covering suitable local opportunities, not one named school vacancy. Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay: £105–£130 per day PAYE Location: Merton Contract: Contract, school-based and on-site The work may involve PMLD, complex physical needs and sensory learning. Key responsibilities include: support learning and care routines use sensory and individual communication approaches assist with mobility when trained Experience: PMLD, complex-needs, healthcare or care-support experience is required. Qualifications: Moving and handling, care or Makaton training is desirable; QTS is not required. You must be able to work in the UK and provide suitable references. Successful applicants need an enhanced child-workforce DBS on the Update Service or must be willing to complete a new application. All roles are subject to safeguarding and compliance checks.
