The role
- Provide classroom and individual support for pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.
- Reinforce consistent routines and positive behaviour plans.
- Use calm de-escalation and restorative approaches.
- Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and therapists.
About you
- Experience in SEN schools, alternative provision, youth work or behaviour support.
- Confident, patient and emotionally consistent.
- Strong communication and safeguarding awareness.
- QTS is not required for this support role. Pay: £95–£115 per day PAYE. Full-time opportunity. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to complete Senovo’s compliance process, including references and an enhanced child-workforce DBS check.
