The opportunity
A caring SEN school in Barnet is seeking a learning support assistant for pupils who need consistent classroom and health-related support.
What you will do
Help pupils access lessons, communication routines and school activities. Follow individual healthcare and support plans after appropriate training. Provide dignified personal care where required. Record observations and communicate promptly with the school team.
What you will bring
Relevant school, care, health-support or complex-needs experience. Reliability, sensitivity and confident safeguarding awareness. QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
