Part-Time Behaviour Mentor – Haringey Senovo is building a shortlist for current and upcoming contract SEN assignments in Haringey from now through December 2026. This is a candidate-attraction campaign covering suitable local opportunities, not one named school vacancy. The exact setting, timetable and pupil profile will always be discussed before your CV is submitted. Working pattern: Part-time, typically two to four school days per week Pay: £100–£125 per day, pro rata PAYE Location: Haringey Contract: Contract, school-based and on-site The work may involve behaviour, SEMH and engagement needs. Key responsibilities include: provide targeted mentoring and check-ins support conflict resolution and routines record progress with pastoral teams Experience: School, youth work, mentoring, sports coaching or alternative-provision experience is preferred. Qualifications: Mentoring or youth-work training is helpful; QTS is not required. You must be able to work in the UK and provide suitable references. Successful applicants need an enhanced child-workforce DBS on the Update Service or must be willing to complete a new application. All roles are subject to safeguarding and compliance checks.
