What you will do
- Support pupils using symbols, objects of reference, switches and sensory communication approaches.
- Assist with accessible learning, positioning and personal care in line with agreed plans.
- Notice and record subtle communication responses and changes in wellbeing.
- Work alongside teachers, therapists and care staff to provide consistent support.
About you
- Relevant experience with PMLD, complex needs or disability support.
- A respectful, attentive approach and confidence with practical care tasks.
- QTS is not required for this support role. Pay: £105–£142 per day PAYE. Contract: Full time. Location: Hillingdon
