What you will do Provide attentive one-to-one and small-group support throughout the school day. Use sensory approaches and communication systems directed by teachers and therapists. Support mobility, positioning and personal care where trained and authorised. Notice and record small but meaningful changes in engagement and progress. Promote dignity, comfort, safety and positive relationships. What you will bring Relevant experience in SEN, education, health or care settings. A calm, observant and respectful approach to complex needs. Willingness to complete role-specific moving, handling and care training. QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
