Secondary SEMH Teaching Assistant – Kensington and Chelsea Senovo is building a shortlist for current and upcoming contract SEN assignments in Kensington and Chelsea from now through December 2026. This is a candidate-attraction campaign covering suitable local opportunities, not one named school vacancy. The exact setting, timetable and pupil profile will always be discussed before your CV is submitted. Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay: £105–£125 per day PAYE Location: Kensington and Chelsea Contract: Contract, school-based and on-site The work may involve secondary SEMH, behaviour and engagement needs. Key responsibilities include: support subject lessons and interventions use consistent boundaries and trauma-aware approaches rebuild readiness to learn Experience: Secondary school, SEMH, behaviour or alternative-provision experience is strongly preferred. Qualifications: Education, behaviour or youth-work training is desirable; QTS is not required. You must be able to work in the UK and provide suitable references. Successful applicants need an enhanced child-workforce DBS on the Update Service or must be willing to complete a new application. All roles are subject to safeguarding and compliance checks.
