The opportunity
A specialist SEN education setting in Hillingdon is seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to help pupils with complex physical needs take part safely and comfortably in movement, mobility and school routines.
What you will do
- Deliver delegated movement and mobility programmes under professional direction.
- Support safe positioning, transfers and access to specialist equipment where trained.
- Encourage participation while following individual plans and risk controls.
- Record observations accurately and share them with therapy and education colleagues.
- Promote dignity, independence and excellent safeguarding practice.
What you will bring
Relevant experience in physiotherapy support, SEN, paediatrics, health or care is desirable. You must be able to follow clinical guidance accurately and work confidently within role boundaries. QTS is not required for this therapy-support role.
